Test dates, fees and locations
The British Council in Oman offers IELTS tests in different locations: Muscat, Salalah, Buraimi and Rustaq , with up to 3 test dates per month.
Find out which test is best for you, and choose between IELTS tests on paper or computer, which are both delivered in one of our official test centres. Or you can choose to take the test from the comfort of your home, or anywhere with a stable internet connection, with IELTS Online (IELTS Academic only).
If you take IELTS Online, the Speaking test will usually be before your Listening, Reading and Writing. It could be on the same or a different day.
